Inside, you'll find a large dining room, a fully-equipped semi-open-plan kitchen with two large fridges, a large freezer, two dishwashers, a seven-burner piano with three ovens, a large work surface, and everything you need (microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster). You'll also appreciate the comfortable living areas with lounge, small lounge and master bedroom with shower room on the ground floor, as well as the 5 double bedrooms upstairs, with a large bathroom with shower and bath, another bathroom with shower and a children's dormitory with 10 bunk beds.

There's plenty to do outside, too, with a huge 100 m² terrace opening onto a hectare of parkland, inviting you to enjoy unique moments of relaxation and conviviality. Just a 10-minute walk will take you to the Chassezac, the local river, where activities such as swimming, rock jumping, canoeing and admiring the gorges await you. What's more, our house is close to must-see destinations such as Vallon Pont d'Arc, Ruoms, Grospierres and Joyeuses, all less than 20 minutes' drive away.
