Villa Palma is located in the romantic town of Rovinj on the northern coast of the Adriatic Sea. The flat is in the villa, where there are 7 beautifully furnished flats and: Garden, barbecue and communal parking. In this flat there is one bedroom with a double bed and another single bed. It is in a great location, only 500 m from the sea, 1 km from the centre and the old town of Rovinj. In just a few minutes by car you can explore the other sights and towns of Istria. Sports grounds (football, tennis, etc.), the nearest restaurants and shops are only 200 m away from you. Most of the flats are available all year round, well equipped and pets are unfortunately not allowed despite "pet-friendly" owners. Bicycles, located in the lobby, are available to all guests free of charge, provided they are free to use. In addition to free bikes, the owners also offer a free boat trip in the evenings (discuss date during stay). All fees (electricity, water, cleaning) are included in the price and no deposit is required.Short description 1Number of kitchens : 1SurroundingNearby sports facilities : Basketball, Bike tours, Climbing, Diving, Football area, Mountain climbing, Mountainbiking, Riding possibilities, Sailing, Sport center, Tennis, Toboggen, Water skiingRental Facilities : Bicycle rental service, car rentalGarden and outdoorGarden facilities : Grill
