With its 80 m² size, it offers: two double bedrooms, an air conditioned living room combined with kitchen, two shower bathrooms and a terrace with view of the sea, olive trees and Mediterranean herbs.The master bedroom is handicap accessible, has its own bathroom and access to terrace. The bedrooms are not air conditioned, and both double beds have mosquito nets.The kitchen has everything necessary for preparing a nice meal: electric stove with oven, microwave, big fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, water heater, filter coffee machine, dishes and cutlery. Highlight of the apartment is the 80 m² big terrace where you will surely enjoy making barbecue with your friends, and bonus is a communal swimming pool where you can freshen' up during those hot summer days. You also have WiFi, washer/dryer and one parking space. Pets are not allowed. Bed sheets and towels are included in the price. From 2025, Clients have direct access to the sea(no bathing area) from terrace. Convenient for those who have a SUP, inflatable boat, rowing boat, canoe etc.
