The gardens surrounding the complex and pools can be used for sunbathing, reading or relaxing in the sunbeds provided by the complex. If you prefer the beach, it is just a 2 minute walk away. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, integrated washing machine, fridge/freezer, orange juicer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave grill, kettle, blender, crockery, cutlery and cleaning products.The flat is situated in a privileged residential area around the Paseo Marítimo Costa Canaria: 100 metres from the Playa del Inglés beach, 50 metres from the Tropical shopping centre with its restaurants and shops and from the bus stop. The area is very safe, quiet and surrounded by hotels, shops and leisure facilities. The bus stop to go to Las Palmas, Maspalomas, Puerto Rico or Mogán is 50 metres away.The owner speaks Spanish and English, and will be at your disposal during your stay if you have any problems.
