It has a sunny location in a car-free resort. The distance to the sea and the beach is about two kilometres. It is easily accessible, being only 20 km from Faro Airport.
There is a communal swimming pool (4 m x 11 m) and public parking in the street for shared use. There is a shop, a supermarket, a bus stop every km, a supermarket is about 2 km away, a restaurant about 1.5 km, the train station about 700 m, the sandy beach of Fuzeta about 2 km and a golf course (18 holes) about 5 km. Nearby attractions are in Olhão 10 km, Tavira 10 km, Faro 30 km, Seville 250 km, Montegordo 25 km, Albufeira 60 km.
The holiday flat has a living area of approx. 100 m². There is a spacious living room with a seating area and an open-plan kitchen. There is a satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas cooker, a toaster, a microwave and a dishwasher. There are two pleasant bedrooms that are free of ambient noise.
