The cottage is easily reached from M4 at Chepstow ( approx. 9 kms) and M50 at Monmouth ( 12kms) . The cottage is located in a residential hamlet -it is peaceful but not isolated . There are neighbouring houses but the cottage is not overlooked . Convenience to many attractions and activities makes it a great touring/golfing base. Walking is excellent from the doorstep.Exceptionally well-equipped officially graded 5 star traditional stone cottage which has been updated to provide every modern convenience without loss of character and charm.. Full central heating is included in the rental rate- the house is heated to a minimum of 21C all year- often warmer. We include WiFi. We have USB ports in the wall for easy charging of your devices. Downstairs -open plan dining/kitchen with comprehensive equipment. - siting room with oak floor and woodburner - smart shower room/wc.. Laundry room, Upstairs - 4 bedrooms.
