Downstairs: living/dining room with satellite TV and radio/CD, well-equipped kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, piston coffee machine, toaster, blender etc. Direct access from the basement to the private garden and seating area. The Wasserwendi Twing valley station is approx. 5 minutes by car or post bus, the Reuti valley station approx. 10 minutes. 1 parking space available directly at the house.
