Additional amenities such as ski storage, fitness room, bicycle storage, parking, playground and restaurant, make this an ideal base for an enjoyable holiday
This apartment is in the middle of a playground for nature lovers and adventurers, be it summer or winter. In winter, you'll be on the slopes of the Zell am See and Kaprun ski resorts in no time, where beginners and advanced skiers will have a great time. The area offers wide slopes, deep-freezing temperatures, and a vibrant après-ski scene for those not yet ready to go home. And if the cold hits, dive into the shared sauna - the place to warm up and recover.

The activities are endless when the snow melts, and the mountains turn into a sea of green. Put on your hiking boots and explore the many trails, or hop on a mountain bike for an adrenaline rush over the mountain trails. For those seeking the water, nearby Lake Zell am See offers everything from swimming to sailing or relaxing on a sunny summer day. Paragliding, canyoning or the summer toboggan run? That's all possible here, too.

Besides the mountains and water, the area offers an authentic Austrian village atmosphere. Visit the surrounding villages and discover local markets, traditional cafés and the relaxed atmosphere that characterises daily life here. For families, there are also plenty of playgrounds and child-friendly activities nearby. Whether you come to climb mountains, ski, or relax for a few days, this apartment has everything you need for a holiday in style, right in the middle of the Alps.
