The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (2 x 0.80 m x 1.90 m) and a wardrobe. The bright bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and has a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a towel warming rack, a mirror and a sink. The 20 m², south facing patio, accessible from the living room, is furnished with a table and four chairs and two sun loungers. The flat has Wi-Fi, satellite television, radio and central heating. Its location is away from the hordes of tourists that invade the island in Chío, near Guía de Isora. You can find peace and quiet here. It is a great place to recharge your batteries. It is just a few minutes' walk into town with a restaurant and a bar.

The luxurious, privately owned Finca under Germen management boasts a villa, six holiday homes, two apartments and two suites. The units are equipped with fixed or mobile heating units, as it can get chilly at night during the winter months. The property has a solar heated indoor pool with an integrated whirlpool, a Kneipp basin, massage shower and an outdoor pool. The wellness area offers a sauna, a water bed, massage loungers and a massage tub and is available to you when you book a treatment. Next to the indoor pool is a covered area where you can practice yoga. Additionally, you can enjoy a tennis court, an outdoor chess board, a putting green, table tennis, a pool table and kid's toys. The large Bedouin tent is a beautiful place for our guests to meet and mingle. We offer breakfast for groups here (minimum of eight people). In front of the tent is a barbecue and seating accommodation.
