The approx. 30 square metre terrace is partially covered and offers shady spots even in the summer months. From the terrace as well as from the living room and bedrooms you have sea views as far as the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. There are two patio chairs, a patio bench for three people and two loungers. There are two bathrooms with a hairdryer, magnifying mirror and toiletries, one with a shower and one with a shower and bathtub. Cleaning every 2 days, towel change 3 times, bed linen twice a week,

The living room offers seating for five people and a flat screen TV with satellite decoder (approx. 150 programmes including German programmes), DVD player, telephone with direct dial in/out, answering machine, mini hi-fi system with CD, mp3, sd card slot, USB and internet radio. The dining room has a dining area for five people. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with large freezer compartment, microwave, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, coffee/tea service for a fee, Nespresso machine, capsules for a fee, fruit juicer, kettle, toaster as well as complete crockery for five people and various pots, pans and cooking utensils. Air conditioning/heating is available in the living area. A baby cot can be provided on request. A tumble dryer and a washing machine for shared use (with coin slot) are available.
