Mountain hiking trails and the famous Alpe-Adria R8 cycling route pass right by the door. A football pitch, a children's playground, a riding school and the bus station are 150 m away. Just a 5-minute walk away you will find some charming traditional restaurants. In winter, the breathtaking ski slopes in the area await you. At 200 m from the house there is a skating rink, a sledge slope and a ski slope for beginners, open when there is natural snow.
