It has two bathrooms with a shower and toilet - one bathroom is located in the bedroom, and the other is accessible from the hallway. One of them also has a washing machine. The living room and dining room are spacious and bright, with a large table for shared meals, and connected to a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need. Guests have access to free WiFi, SAT/TV and air conditioning in the living room, which can also be used for heating during spring and autumn.The garden is well-kept and rich in Mediterranean greenery, with lawns, hedges and plenty of space for outdoor living. Guests have access to a covered terrace for al fresco dining, a balcony, a concrete barbecue, a children's playground and parking for up to three cars. Although the owners are located on the same property, they are located in a separate house, ensuring guests complete privacy with the possibility of help or advice whenever needed.The island of Vir is connected to the mainland by a bridge and offers numerous facilities - restaurants, cafes, shops, cycling and walking trails, as well as a rich offer for active holidays and excursions.
