Located on the first floor of a charming, intimate complex of just four holiday apartments, this apartment is nestled in nature and sits right on lake Pressegger See in southern Carinthia, just a stone's throw from the Italian border. Perfect for trips with family or friends: simply book multiple apartments in the same building! You'll get to spend quality time together while everyone enjoys their own private retreat.

In winter, the snow is at your feet. With the nearby Millennium Express, you can quickly reach Nassfeld, the largest ski area in Carinthia with 110 kilometers of slopes. For families and beginners, the smaller Weissbriach ski resort around the corner is an ideal alternative, while ice skating enthusiasts can enjoy themselves on lake Pressegger See or lake Weissensee.

As summer arrives, the lakes in the region transform into fantastic swimming paradises. Lake Pressegger See – also referred to as the 'bathtub of the Gailtal' – reaches water temperatures up to 28°C and offers, like the idyllic lake Weissensee with its crystal-clear turquoise water, officially drinking water quality. Both lakes are the ultimate spots for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, and boating.

Additionally, the region is an absolute playground for outdoor adventurers. Hike through the spectacular Garnitzenklamm filled with suspension bridges and waterfalls, or discover why Nassfeld is one of the most versatile bike hotspots in the Alps, with challenging single trails and routes through idyllic alpine meadows overlooking the Carnic Alps. For an extra adrenaline rush, you can finally zip down the Pendolino, the longest summer toboggan run in Carinthia.

Whether you come for summer days by the water or top-notch winter sports in Nassfeld, this holiday apartment offers the perfect vacation in the sunny south of Austria!
