Parkplatz (für 2 Autos) auf dem Grundstück. Supermarkt 10 km, Bushaltestelle 4.5 km, Bahnstation "Karlshamn" 28 km, Fähre "Helsingborg" 155 km, Sandstrand 1 km, Hallenbad 10 km. Golfplatz (18 Loch) 15 km. Ein Angelschein ist nicht erforderlich. Es darf nur der Bootsmotor genutzt werden, der als Zusatzleistung hinzugebucht werden kann.
